The U.S. Meetings and Events Industry directly and indirectly supports 6.3 million jobs and generates almost $1 trillion a year in direct and indirect spending.

The findings are part of the study, “The Economic Significance of Meetings to the U.S. Economy,” conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers and commissioned by an alliance of 15 travel, meeting and hospitality organizations.
